Registration ① Students in the master's degree program must complete registration at least four times to become eligible for graduation.
② Students who have completed at least four semesters of registration in their degree program and are short by no more than 3 credits of those required for completion must register for credits.
③ Tuition invoices can be printed by logging in to the Integrated Information System.
④ Payment can be made at any Woori Bank branch nationwide or through internet banking.

Leave of Absence ① As a rule, a leave of absence is granted within 30 days from the first day of each semester.
② The total period of leave may not exceed three years. However, periods of compulsory military service and official overseas assignments are not counted toward the period of leave.

Return from Leave ① Return from leave is permitted within 30 days from the first day of each semester.
② Students on leave must apply for return through the Integrated Information System within the prescribed period once their leave expires. Students returning because a period of compulsory military service or an official overseas assignment has ended must submit documents proving this.

Withdrawal ① Students wishing to withdraw must submit an application for withdrawal (Attached Form No. 8) under Article 25 of the University Regulations and obtain the approval of the Dean of the Graduate School.

Removal from the Register ① Students who fall under any of the following are removed from the register.
     1. Those who do not register within the prescribed period
     2. Those who do not return after their period of leave has expired
     3. Those who have acted contrary to the duties of a graduate student and are judged by the Steering Committee to be unsuitable for study
     4. Those who violate other regulations constituting grounds for removal

Readmission ① Students who have been removed from the register and wish to be readmitted may do so, only where places remain within the quota, by completing the prescribed procedure (Attached Form No. 10) within the designated period and obtaining the approval of the Dean of the Graduate School.
② Unless otherwise provided by law, readmission may be granted only after one year has passed from the date of removal.
③ Students granted readmission must pay a readmission fee in addition to the prescribed tuition. However, students who took leave after paying tuition and were removed from the register because their period of leave expired, and who are readmitted within one year (excluding periods of military service), have their tuition credited and are charged only the readmission fee.
④ Credits earned before removal are recognized for students granted readmission.
⑤ Readmission is not granted to students removed from the register as a disciplinary measure.

Program Duration ① The program duration of this Graduate School is two years for the master's degree program.

Maximum Period of Enrollment ① Under Article 77 of the University Regulations, no maximum period of enrollment is set for professional graduate schools.

Class Hours Classes are offered on Friday from 18:30 to 21:30 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00. Students may select the times they prefer.

Credits ① Students may not take more than 9 credits per semester. However, students whose grade in every course of the immediately preceding semester was 4.30 or higher may take up to 12 credits once during their enrollment.
② The credits required for graduation are at least 32 credits for the master's program and at least 34 credits for the research report track.

Course Registration ① Issue an integrated ID at the Chung-Ang University portal (http://portal.cau.ac.kr), log in, and click the Course Registration (for students) tab to register for courses.
② Note that credits earned by taking the same course more than once are not counted toward the credits required for graduation.

Comprehensive Examination ① Students must pass the comprehensive examination to become eligible to submit a thesis or research report.
② The requirements are summarized in the table below.

Thesis Examination ① To submit a master's thesis, students must have completed at least four semesters of registration in the master's program, earned at least 32 credits, and passed all parts of the comprehensive examination.
